I ordered the acai pure trial package at no cost, just pay 4.95 shipping. Like a fool I gave them my credit card number. I was sent additional products I did not order. I called and cancelled payment through Visa and am sending back complete shipment. Tried to call acai pure but wait time was 41 minutes and 8 seconds. My account have been charged $37.19 for a product or services that I don't even know. And when I recieved my bank statement there was this charges that I don't remember authorizing. So without hesitation I try to log on this site(Qwebs.com), but they don't have a customer service contacts to cancel this charges. I have no clue on the next step to do to resolve this complaint. I purchased a HP laptop at Future Shop. Within the first year it fail to turn on and was overheating. The store tells me that it is quicker if I called HP myself and had the courier pick it up and deliver it. I waited a few days and got the laptop back and it still wasn't working. The wildflower Village promotes bed and breakfast accomodations stating a low price, breakfast included with champagne. We arrived to the inn very late at night, and were forced to stay there due to low accomodations available in reno nv. the room we reserved was for a king sized bed, the room we got was still dirty from the previous occupant, there was trash all over the room and THERE WAS NO PHONE. I received a "Get up and go" hotel certificate, which entitles user to 3days/2 nights stay hotel stay. Literature strongly implies that the hotel is a Wyndham resort in a select resort location. I chose the Smokey Mtns and made a reservation. When I received the certificate in the mail, it said the confirmed stay is at a motel not affiliated with Wyndham. It looks like a dump. I called the C/S on the certificate, and they said they don't use Wyndham anymore. This is clearly a scam and a huge misrepresentation on the part of the "get up and go" people. I booked a room through Expedia but when I arrived at the hotel I was given a very small room with absolutely no view. The view from the room was the roof of the restaurant with a big puddle of stagnant water so I guess it was technically a "waterview" The bathroom was so small that you had to close the door to get into the shower. I've seen bigger bathrooms in a Winebago (camper) and the ceiling fan buzzed all night. I have a problem with World Connections Travel aka Med Resorts International. I have had this membership and I use that term loosely, for a couple of years and have YET to able to use it. I cancelled my membership, tried to do it by phone as I had a sister-in-law in the hospital with a life threatening disease and we spent every hour we could with her.
