My son travelled from Ahmedabad to Leeds via London Heathrow airport and the biggest check in baggage of his was not retreived. My son who is 14 year of age, was travelling from MCT to RAIPUR via DEL. Getting down in Delhi airport he was shifted to domestic terminal, after reaching there no one guided him to reach the counter. Though he asked many of the ground staff, none of them gave any assistance. I called the wuyi customer rep to be refunded. I had no problem there. They returned my money to my account. The custotomer service rep also reassured me that there would be no further charges. A sepperate incident involved sending a email to a company and when they didn't respond I went thru my bank. My bank posted the money to my account with a conditional understanding that they would take the money back if when they asked for my refund and didn't get the money that I would return the money to the bank. I was quoted on an hourly rate. I asked if there were any other fees than the hourly rate which was $45/h. They told me they charged an extra hour for traveling time. I asked is that all the charges, they said yes. The man that I spoke with asked for a $300.00 deposit prior to the move and we would be refunded any amount that wasn't used up.
