I had unfortunately booked tickets from ezeego1.com, I booked the tickets for 17Feb'08 and because of some silly system mistake my tickets got confirmed for 16Feb'08. I have the mail from ezeego1.com which says my schedule is for 17 Feb'08 but when i confirmed it with Airdeccan they said it is for 16 Feb'08. I have been trying to call up these guys from ezeeego for last 20 days but nobody seems to give heed to any mails or calls. It is the worst experience i have had with any service industry. I booked at flight from DTW to LAS for 3 passengers on Spirit. We were at DTW waiting on our flight, when I noticed my brother was nervous as he hadn't flown in 30 years (I fly often, but not on Spirit). So, I asked to upgrade to first class. How in the world is it possible for someone to steal a traveler's digital camera from their baggage? This camera was a Christmas present from us to our son. When I tried to contact the sales manager, he is keep ontelling the it has been send to my address, but I never received.
