This company works through so many various companies.. Living Social had a deal for $49 for two people/ 2 night hotel & flight to go to Vegas. After reading more details there is also a $60 booking fee and a $75- $150 MAX fee for airline taxes per person. So we figure okay great at MOST we would spend $204.50 a person. Do not use Beyond Boundaries Travel !!! We paid $808 of unexpected expenses. Our local ski club planned a trip to Egypt with a September 25, 2010 departure date. Beyond Boundaries Travel handled all the arrangements. We were required to fully pay for the trip in advance. Our last payment was made on June 18 three months before departure. I bought my tickets to Jamaica for my boyfriend and I for one week. For one, our travel agent told ous that we didnt need a passport to go into Jamaica, but as I looked into our Resort website, it clearly stated that we needed our passport to check into the hotel. Also we had looked on February 1st with him on the air canada website about checked bags and the quantity we could have. It had said 2 checked bags. I just looked today and now it says that we are only aloud 1 checked bag and that it was implemented in November but yet we seen it in February and our travel agent said that there was nothing he could do about it. read full review »

This is inform you that one of my bag when received at the bangalore conveyer belt was open. a TV advertisement to call an 800 number for florida vacations and other vacations packages. Company took my credit car and charged an especified amount. I've been trying to call the company to make reservations but neither of the phones, website or other information I found in the web can connnect to an actual person. Wow! What can one say, our Occidental Grand Punta Cana Vacation taken through "Back to the Caribbean Vacations" was great. This 4 star all inclusive resort, in the Dominican Republic, was more than we every expected. The accommodation were great as was the entire resort. Having viewed the hostel/prices/reviews 96%, through hostelworld.com I booked on line, one night in May, and two nights in October. Having contacted the owner direct to arrange a taxi, this did NOT meet us at the airport. Arriving at the house, it was nothing like the photos on the web site, but the location was good. We purchased membership to this company in Feb. '10. We have had nothing but customer services issues but most importantly, we've seen none of the savings promised during the sales presentation. We asked for a refund and were told to use the new fulfillment company and if we had the same customer service issues, they would "consider" giving us a refund in a year. My son was due to fly out of Orlando Airport this morning at 7:30. Air Tran's website states that you should be at the airport at least ninty minutes before your departure time. My son was at the airport on time, checked in with no baggage to check and made it thru security without any problems. When he arrived at the gate with fourteen other people they were told they missed their flight. This happened 20 minutes before their plane was due to leave.
