This ACH (online payment method) has the worst customer service ever. On average it takes them 10 days to reply the simplest email to Support. They will block your account if you log in with an IP from a different country, and will not release your money afterwards. Bought a (supposedly) great HDTV antenna from this company. It was junk and failed to work any better than rabbit ears. It was also not UL listed and had defects. I received an RMA from them and returned the antenna but no refund ever came. After corresponding with them several times over a 2 month period there was still no refund.
