I bought a Instruction kit for a job. They told me I could get my money back if it was not something I wanted to do. I read the book, talked to the
representation, Michael Holt, and even talked to his supervisor. After all that I told them it was not what they told me the job was originally and I wanted my money back. I left a message and the next day talked to Mr Holt, who told me that he had already put it through. That was in mid-January and I still don't have the money back. Now I know that $59.90 is not a lot of money to most people but I want my money back. I have a lawyer if need be, but I thought I'd try this first. read full review »

I placed an order on this website on 29th January 2011, they took my money straight away and then e-mailed to say that the item could not be delivered until 2nd week in February. I said this was ok as long as it was this date as the suit was for my gran for my wedding and she cannot get out and about. And when I did get it, the email was just a receipt (no tracking number). The phone number doesn't work and they will never ever answer any of your emails. I am a Nigerian, i spent about 800$ to buy leads from India, but they never deliever after payment, after calling them, no picking up.
But when i bought from China Hacker Union( Engineer Lee), they always deliever in time, and their leads is fresh and current. so i suggest not to buy anything from India, China is a real business country, Nigeria always import something from China, like phone, clothes...

Do Not patronize Hiland Cigars. Very rude sales lady, terrible cigars that are very dry and not well kept at all before sale. Most cigars are way over priced and frankly the sales lady is very rude and hard to deal with.

The phone ordering of the product was a nightmare. The so called "Customer Care" Team was a pain after refusing additional add ons twice. they asked again. I wanted the product so I went along. Took down the 30 day cancellation numbers. Cancellation was a nightmare as well. The phones were always tied up and e-mail replys were non responsive. I regret purchasing the product. The add ons were not easy to cancel it took up way too much time and effort. Because of the difficulty of cancellation I would call it a scam.
