This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks. At 6 weeks they said they were in the warehouse ready to ship now at 7 weeks they are no where in site. You can not contact them by phone and they send out automated responses to emails. I helped my mother-in-law order from this site for my husband's Christmas gift, one of the movies we recieved was an animated version, I dismissed this as maybe I had pushed the wrong button. I got rockband and decided I needed two guitars which I ordered from gohastings.com First of all they did not arrive at the same time, second off the first one recieved was a guitar hero guitar!! Hitupmyspot has stolen graphics from several graphic makers on Livejournal by going to their photobuckets and stealing premade graphics. The site doesn't provide any contact or ownership information and claims that all the graphics on there were made for them. Terrible business dealings. They sent my sticker, which was full of scratches to my billing address instead of my shipping address. When I confronted them about it, they continued to blame the address switch on me. Customer is always wrong in their opinion. No attempt to make things right was made. I even told them to stop communicating with me unless they were going to fix the problem. They continued emailing me with responses claiming they had made no mistake. I ordered a weather breaker for a mobility scooter. After several telephone calls, the item was sent by mail and received on December 31st. It was a Christmas gift. He was very convincing and even though she knew from the start that this was a Scam, she was still interested enough that she wanted me to call to check it out. The company, ESBI - Total Protectionplus is using Verizon to charge the Verizon customers for services they did not order. The charge, usually $14.95 is shown on the Verizon phone bill as a charges on behalf of the third party, ESBI - Total Protectionplus, phone number 1-866-527-4932. I was charged for Electronic Fax Mofee. I do not have any fax or fax/modem . Verizon refuses to remove these charges from the bill. The Total reached by phone, is saying you have to pay, and they will credit you in 1-2 month. The ESBI-Total Protection is doing this for many years.
