I bought a Instruction kit for a job. They told me I could get my money back if it was not something I wanted to do. I read the book, talked to the
representation, Michael Holt, and even talked to his supervisor. After all that I told them it was not what they told me the job was originally and I wanted my money back. I left a message and the next day talked to Mr Holt, who told me that he had already put it through. That was in mid-January and I still don't have the money back. Now I know that $59.90 is not a lot of money to most people but I want my money back. I have a lawyer if need be, but I thought I'd try this first. read full review »

I placed an order on this website on 29th January 2011, they took my money straight away and then e-mailed to say that the item could not be delivered until 2nd week in February. I said this was ok as long as it was this date as the suit was for my gran for my wedding and she cannot get out and about. When I finally spoke to a person, he told me the item was out of stock - not noted on the website- and they could charge me now and pre-order it for me, not knowing when more will be there. I also thought I was receiving a 3.95 trial product but got a 3.95 trial charge and another 74.95 charge a few weeks later - the later which I never authorized. I just ordered and received a zip up sweat shirt from them, it was a link from my school (Academy of Art University) paid $38. I am sorry, but it was worth maybe $5. The logo print was smeared and VERY faded. I wore it a few times and washed it. Well, apparently DO NOT WASH should be included in the how to take care of the sweat shirt because now the logo is almost invisible. THE WORST way to spend (waste) $38. The certificate costs $375 and is a required purchase for delivery. They said they have a location in New Haven so I could pick up the award very quickly. The phone ordering of the product was a nightmare. The so called "Customer Care" Team was a pain after refusing additional add ons twice. they asked again. I wanted the product so I went along. Took down the 30 day cancellation numbers. Cancellation was a nightmare as well. The phones were always tied up and e-mail replys were non responsive. I regret purchasing the product. The add ons were not easy to cancel it took up way too much time and effort. Because of the difficulty of cancellation I would call it a scam.
