Credit card charged for full amount, okay everything must have shipped. Four days later only one part arrives. Invoice says part is backordered. Hello I ordered a fairly expensive rug from CSN Rugs. I vacuum about every two weeks; after about 3rd vacuuming I noticed 1) a wear pattern on rug in high foot traffic areas (after 6 weeks?!) and 2) an inordinate amount of fibers being vacuumed out of the rug each time I vacuumed.
