On 1/25/2010 I bought three disney movies. they were advertised as new special additions. the price was just a few dollars cheaper than what I had seen at amazon.com. they advertise 100% customer satisfaction. When I received the dvds they came from Thailand. The movies were clearly illegal copies with the sticker slapped on the top. One was not the movie at all it was a bonus material DVD only. I felt this website would provide what I needed. I was upset for the following reasons: 1. I ordered the item on 8/23/09 and did not receive it until 9/18/09. 2. I ordered a size 5 and received a size 4. 3. The envelope the item was sent in was post marked 9-15-09. 4. It cost the sender $0.88 but I was charged $6.95 for shipping. 5. When I complained, the response was arrogant and stated that I had received a 20% discount (the discount was part of the original order) and there were "other costs" involved in "shipping". After a month of waiting (shipping was supposed to take 2 days via fedex), and being given a runaround by their customer service department, my order still had not arrived. I looked their business address up on google maps, and it turns out, they are located in a house in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Placed my order a month ago but didn't receive my gear; sent a few email inquiries along the way with no answer. Finally called the number listed on the website, spoke with a very short/rude employee who told me the item I ordered wasn't in stock and would not ship for another two weeks at the earliest. I expect an email at the time of order informing me that my item is out of stock if it was listed as in-stock on the website. Bought a new Epson printer from these crooks it turned out to be second hand not new because there were no inks. When I complained they said that because it was cheap it came with no Epson ink and they supplied their own brand inks, well I put their own brand inks in and it messed the print up. I have used this site for a number of years mostly to respond to emails and sometimes to place an order.You get points for answering emails and completing orders. I have over $37 in my account since May of this year. I have been requesting this money since that time and my request has been rejected and not responded to on the grounds that I have not completed the $15 completed order requirement. This is not true. I did complete an order for credit monitoring and car insurance in excess of $15. I offered to provide some proof of this but I received no response. I ordered a 125cc red dirt bike i in fact got a 125cc blue PIT bike and was incredibly annoyed as the manual defined and reffered to cars and ATV's also they had a 1 year warranty, two weeks after i got it the screw from the pistone came loose and destroyed the interior of the engine costing an absolute bomb. they refused to pay up i am now as we speak talking to local lawyers about the problem.
