I found this site while looking for a 7.5tonne truck to hire. This site advertises a 7.5 tonne automatic transmission truck with sleeper-cab and tail-lift. I used the facility that provides a quote, and got a price for three days hire. When I contacted the company, I was informed by their agent: "We do not have auto trucks, I can tell you catagorically that I have never seen auto's advertised on our site." When I inquired by e-mail they said that the book they received was water damaged, would not pay for it and had destroyed the book. Consumer beware. This company is extremely poorly managed, and their business practices are questionable at best. I cleared my schedule at considerable expense for a notary class they were scheduled to administer. Then, without any notice to me whatsoever, they decided to cancel the class. I checked out this sight and read the signup agreement. it did not state that it would charge right then. when I seen it charged on my account. I called and cancelled and downloaded there refund form and sent it with a return receipt that came back to me on 9/24/10 . The charge on my account was 9/20/10. Their jewelry findings are top-quality, but there customer service is awful! If you use a debit Visa/Mastercard to purchase items online, they double-charge you and treat you rudely when you ask them why that is. I was told by a rude woman named Sharon that it was my fault that I was charged twice because I didn't use a credit card and used my debit card instead. I fell for this and ordered Windows XP SP3, paid $54.74, incl. shipping, received a perfectly fine looking CD impressively printed with what appears to be authentic Microsoft labeling but totally inoperable. Placed an order on a Friday but didn't receive my product until 10 days later. The shipping info boasted "4-6 days".
