They do not respond to inquiries. They do not answer their phone; however, they seem to periodically clear the full voice mailbox so it can be refilled by irate customers. You cannot email them outside of their website. They do not respond to certified mail. Please contact the Better Business Bureau if you have been given the runaround by this company. Ordered items. They stated in stock, one came in a few days, other have came a week later. One item did not work. If this is a scam, it's pretty sick. I received an email that looked pretty real. It was a site for Nebo Games at www.nebogames.com it was an email to advertise with their games that they claim has been around for 5 years and has been tested in nursing homes. Someone sent me the link to this website a while back and my head still aches from it.Too many colors! I would say, the worst looking design website I have ever seen. I think it's a portal site for political news wires but because of the overload of nonsense on it I just can't tell for sure. This site advertised a product with a price that include SoyQuick Maker and a Tofu Kit. Before placing an order, I called and asked if this product was available and was told yes it was. Diaper cake was not shipped in 2-3 days. Called after 8 days, and was apologized to and guaranteed my cake would be here before my shower. The day before the shower, 8 days after the follow up call, the cake was still not here, so I called and was given the run around and apologized to again because the shipper was already gone and there was no way to get my cake before the shower. Although I received product quickly, my first order was incorrect. I was asked to send the initial order back and they would send me the correct merchandise immediately and credit my card when the first merchandise was received. I shipped the first order back immediately (and even paid for that shipping). After approximately five months and four contacts to the company by e-mail and phone calls I have yet to be reimbursed. On 9/22/10 I unknowingly signed up for membership at $159. I immediately (within minutes while the charge was still 'pending' on my banks statement) contacted them and they directed me to a refund form. I completed it, following the instructions to a tee.
