Incompetent and selfish - I ordered a phone to be delivered to one of their stores, I went there and they said the delivery failed, they later sent me an email to say that it is now at the store (at their own convenience) so I shud go pick it up. Bogus web site - This web site shows a demo that has multiple shipping points and destinations that are bogus. When the fee is paid, and access is granted, there are no actual shippers in any state to anywhere. You lose your $20 sign up fee, or the $120 for the year. There are no valid shippers on the site. User names are stolen from somewhere, or created from scratch. When one attempts to contact the shipper on the list, there is never an answer. Received pool cover in good shape and installed as per instructions. During the winter season the cover developed a hole in the middle that started to unravel and was brittle and flaky to the touch.
