We ordered an HP Laser toner that took over a week to get delivered when it was supposed to take 3 days. Then when we received it and placed it in the printer, the cartridge didn't work. They do misleading advertising. First of all most of the products they advertise on their website is more expensive than their competitors like 4allpromos, superiorpromos, pens.com.
