I ordered blinds from AMERICAN BLINDS on March 19, 2010 and was given a shipping date in April. The blinds were paid for but have not been delivered to date, June 12, 2010. Several excuses were given for the failure of subsequent shipping dates, ranging from the order being shipped to the wrong address, to the order being lost, and the difficulty of shipping back to Mexico to check for damage. They post on their website a phone number and also live chat that never works and good luck on getting a phone call back.
