I placed on order with shoponspot.com on April 14th, 2010. I received payment confirmation via email from paypal which listed the items I ordered and the name of shoponspot's owner Ashwin Kalbhor, and an email copy of a paid invoice from shoponspot. As of today (May 23rd, 2010) I have not received my order or any form of communication from shoponspot. I have opened multiple help tickets with shoponspot's on line support system and sent email to shoponspot. Friday, May 21, 2010 My complaint once again involves an online marketing scheme where you have a limited free trial and if you do not follow the requirements of calling or emailing and cancelling within 10 days of the mailing date, you are charged the full price for the ecigarette and the monthly refills; which does not give you very much time to test the product. Spoke with Charlotte William, ID 11-239 who tried to sign me up for $200 retail gift certificate, $20 walmart card, and privacy protection for $5.90 to be billed upon receipt of gifts won. You just had to look at materials about health and dental plan. Already had my card number, but my wife got suspicious and talked with them and grilled them about products and gifts offered.
