This product is something your able to smoke anywhere and It was on the radio. I calledx and ordered because it said you could get a free trial of it with no charge just S&H. I was charged and never go t my product. 6 months later I told them that i want my money back and they said they would give me a three month supply in the mail for free to make up for the delays. I placed an order on Feb 6th - never received the merchandise. I sent an inquiry on Feb 17th and was told they were sorry that the merchandise would be sent out Feb 19th. I still have not received the merchandise but my credit card was charged. I had ordered a Portable DVD Player. It was sent to the wrong address. It was sent to West Virginia, instead of California. I tried to stop the item from shipping from Best Buy warehouse, when I got the notice from Best Buy of address change. They said: it already in process to be shipped, sorry can't help you. This company also mislead me to believe I could get a package of information by email for 2.97 which I still have not recieved. They asked for lots of personal information including Bank Acct. Net a porter are charging £10 for delivery in the UK using DHL. This is a very high delivery charge for the cost of my goods and much higher than most other online retailers.
