I had a charge on my credit card and when i called to check on it, i was told that i signed up for their services on line. it was a service for fraud detection. i had waited too long to cancel.Jesscia said i can send you a card for $100.00 for gas. i told her that i wanted something for my money. The card was sent but what a rip off you can only get $10.00 per month. you have to mail the gas receipts certified mail, that cost around $5.00. so $5.00 per month for ten months is $50.00 so how much gas am i getting for free. Someone got into my account and changed my email address and password making it impossible for me to sign on. I contacted the company my website to sys admin as well as email sent. I received a computer generated response to the problem. I feel this needed immediate attention, I cannot get a response to the problem nor can I get into my account that is still active. On a recent vaction trip to New Orleans by car My navigation with the map update screen froze. Trying to correct the problem while driving I nearly swerved off the road. This problem happened five or six times before i removed the map update. Yesterday Best Buy refused to take it back stating it is not returnable. Had the clerk talk to the Manager of the store. I placed on order with shoponspot.com on April 14th, 2010. I received payment confirmation via email from paypal which listed the items I ordered and the name of shoponspot's owner Ashwin Kalbhor, and an email copy of a paid invoice from shoponspot. As of today (May 23rd, 2010) I have not received my order or any form of communication from shoponspot. I have opened multiple help tickets with shoponspot's on line support system and sent email to shoponspot. They emailed me a Loan Agreement and wanted 3 months of payments ($732) up-front as "collateral" which would be applied towards the loan (no payments for 3 months). Friday, May 21, 2010 My complaint once again involves an online marketing scheme where you have a limited free trial and if you do not follow the requirements of calling or emailing and cancelling within 10 days of the mailing date, you are charged the full price for the ecigarette and the monthly refills; which does not give you very much time to test the product. Spoke with Charlotte William, ID 11-239 who tried to sign me up for $200 retail gift certificate, $20 walmart card, and privacy protection for $5.90 to be billed upon receipt of gifts won. You just had to look at materials about health and dental plan. Already had my card number, but my wife got suspicious and talked with them and grilled them about products and gifts offered.
