Customer service is atrocious. The phone line was never answered on two separate occasions, and notification that my part was going to be a month and a half late was non-existent. I had to email to find out it was delayed, and another time to find out it was delayed again. After the initial order confirmation email I was never notified about the status of shipment, or given a chance to check the status other than the phone number which was never answered. The buyer has no idea how much the actual shipping will be when they buy, so the usual seller's excuse of "the shipping was clearly posted" doesn't apply. I received a pair of boots that were suppose to be made of suede but were actually made of some kind of recycled paper. In addition, the sweater dresses received were made of nylon and very thin. I ordered a pair of boots from this company, which charged my credit card even before emailing me that the boots were not in stock. I twice emailed them (waiting through two billing cycles) to complain that the credit hadn't shown up. They reported back that they were "updating" their charge system and would send me a check.
