I ordered merchandise in Aug. 2009. I have been e-mailing regarding this since Sept. 2009. In Oct. 2009 they finally agreed to initiate a investigation since the package could not be tracked beyond Frankfert on 20 Aug. 2009. I don't know what the results of the investigation was. They did agree in Nov. 2009 to reship my order. I requested verification of shippment and tracking informatio. They have never responded to this request. Duped like the rest. Bought the product over a debate at work, lost the bet buy the way, it does not work, tried 3 different people on this product. Then without notice your card will be charged $99 almost 3 months later. Called them to explain charge to me, why was I double billed. They explained when you buy the product and give c/c that that's all the consent they need to put you in their VIP club and start charging your c/c. I am trying out the freeware and as I tried various TV selections, my Antivirus popped up on the screen disallowing access. It popped up several times on different stations. Some stations are loaded with Pop ups "You've won the Lottery" and many other annoying adds. Many stations give you the "we're off the air at this time." And the list goes on.
