On-Point Law Center
Letsgetem November 30, 2009
My husband and I paid On-point Law Center a fee of $2600 to process our loan modification with our bank. We submitted all the necessary paperwork and have received absolutely nothing. It has been several months since we heard back from On-point Law Center and our candle has burnt out. We made several attempts to conact Robin Enos, Esq., but no word. This law firm must be stopped. We contacted Charles Calix (State Bar of California) and we are hoping our complaint will help support the case against On-Point Law Center and put them out of business! read full review »

I'm a participating stylist with the company and have had nothing but problems. Not only are students getting scammed but the hair stylist are as well. They don't explain how the card works, that the stylist may or may not be able to get them, and that they stylist is not paid, they rely on tips from the "free services". They go to the campus' when they know students are most likely to purchase this so called deal ie: Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and so forth. As a stylist these are our busiest times of the year, I... read full review »

Earth Transitions - EMF device
G.Acosta November 30, 2009
I ordered an EMF protection device. Delivery was delayed. When I called to find out why, Christan at Earth Transitions gives me a length explanation about some personal life issues, lack of computer access, and holiday interruptions. I also got a lecture on people not getting everything they want, whenever they want it, and advice that I should take some time for reflection on my own personal failings and my lack of flexibility. Christan also informed me that my order was still sitting in her car, even though she had sent me a... read full review »

Recieved a supposed free trial FOR 2.99 and later charged 88.55 for Colocure and 87.77 for Trislim. They claim this is the full price of the product but read the ingrediants, senna aloe vera, hoodia, and various roots. I saw the same product for 5.99 at Walmart. COMPLETE SCAM STAY AWAY! And furthermore, they will continue to charge you 88.55 and 87.77 monthly if you do not cancel. read full review »

my fund guide
ramsay November 30, 2009
I noticed an unauthorized charge to my check card, from Myfundguide for $59.95. I called the number on my statement, and told that I was 4th in line for a representative. When I was 2nd in line, I was cut off. I tried to call two more times, same result. However, the computer voice stated that I cancel my "membership" if I went on-line to Easy Health Center.com. Thinking I could get some info there, I logged on to the site--it wasn't there. I did not authorize this charge, and want more info. Thanks. read full review »

This website charges a membership fee, product charge and uses the United States Postal Service to charge for express mail. You will not receive anything and also membership fee is meaningless. No access to the Members Area and no response to e-mails. Lots of complaints on the internet about them and I have also reported them to the USPS. These people need to be shut down. After my 16 y.o. son agreed to the $1.97 there were other offers for more information for $19.99 that I had him decline. He gets my permission to charge things on his Visa Debit card that is attached to my checking account. You take your own risk when you order fake watches from www.watchesellers.com. They are based in China. You cannot contact any live person. You cannot return anything after you order it. In my case, I never received the item they claimed they shipped. When I tried to ask for refund, the only way to contact them is via their website by leaving an online message. They reply was they do not offer refund of any kind. This website is a complete rip-off. read full review »

Applegate Farms

I buy several brands of organic bacon and recently purchased an 8 oz. package of Applegate Farms hardwood smoked bacon. In my line of work, I mail a lot of packages, so am familiar w/weights. I noticed this package, that had been thawed, seemed a bit light for their advertised 8 oz. on the package. I weighed the package on my scale, and it only weighed 6.9 oz. Quite a ripoff, as far as I'm concerned. I'm letting the manager of the store where I purchased this bacon know and will have him/her weigh it on their scale as well. Have had... read full review »

I received a $3480 check in the mail stating I applied for a Mystery Shopper job. I did not. They wanted me to deposit the check in my bank account and wait for it to clear. Then I was to wire $2850 through Western Union which would cost $145. My 2nd task was to Shop at Walmart, Kmart, etc.. spend $85.00 and I would keep $400 for my pay. I never applied for this job and who in their right mind sends a check to a person they don't even know and expect them to do this. A SCAM ARTIST!!! read full review »

Placed an order with them on June 11, 2009. Received one communication from them telling me that one item was oversold and I would not be getting it. If it was that popular, why not place a second order with the manufacturer? Why not compile all the orders received, and then place a manufacturers order for that amount? Very poor business practices. Got one other item finally late September of same year. this website allows the "needy" to ask for donations via PayPal. but they charge $45 to set up a page, and $10 per month after. i don't understand how a website supposedly set up to assist the needy with donations can charge a needy person to have a page. i think it defeats the purpose. i'd like to see this site shut down. it seems fishy, and they require PayPal information to set up an account, with a credit card attached to it. read full review »

Court Mediation Services (CMS) operated by Brad Daley advertises as a debt solution that can legally erase all of your debt within 6 months & restore your credit rating in an additional 6 months. The fees vary depending on the number of accounts you have & the amounts of the monthly minimum payments. It is not a debt consolidation company or a bankruptcy service. PureTick
FrustratedTrader November 28, 2009
I must agree with the other complaints about PureTick. The only person making money in that room is Alex (from your monthly fees), any call that he does make, is totally untradeable as the Market is nowhere near the spot where the trade was indicated. If he is trading he (ALex) is getting out by the time you are getting in. They never show their DOM live (so you can see what they are doing) and when they do you see it is SIM. I found the trades completely untradeable and the track record is a complete joke. I had huge problem... read full review »
