WORST INTERNET SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Beware of ordering from this company. This was the first time we ever placed an order with them. Never checked any reviews, wish we had because there are so very many unhappy customers. They processed our credit card took our money and we have yet to receive the product, it has been weeks! They will not respond to emails. We only got one email a couple of weeks after ordering saying that the order was "ready to ship" and we have been waiting ever since. i have a friend who used to work at one of their call centers ..she said the only way you can get a refund is to get your bank to call them and let your bank (not you) request a refund. they will transfer you to someone else but you might be able to get a refund this way. also if you are calling yourself dont get mad at the operators...they actually dont have a refund button so they cant give you a refund so it does no good to argue with them it just wastes your time and theirs all they can do is read from a script...dont bother asking for a supervisor either. just have your bank call them and request a refund for you. read full review »

I tried to call the site at their listed customer service phone number & was told to leave a message. SHOCK!!!...the mailbox was full. When I was 2nd in line, I was cut off. I tried to call two more times, same result. However, the computer voice stated that I cancel my "membership" if I went on-line to Easy Health Center.com.
