Deerfield Outfitters.com
Jean April 4, 2009
I ordered binoculars from them a week ago. When I went to pull up the invoice they had sent via email, it was blank. Now I cannot find their website. When you type it in, it doesn't exist. So I called the number on the bank transaction only to get a recording saying to leave a message and someone will call back. I have also emailed them and again no response. Is this place legitimate or just a scam??? My order number is 51090. Thank you, Jean read full review »

123 funds
Charles Fritts April 3, 2009
I was billed 79.95 on March 27, for something that I have no idea what it is. I was not on the internet. I was at home in bed sick. I called my bank to see why I did not have sufficient funds in my account and that showed up. All it showed was 79.95 from 123 FUNDS out of Utah. But did not show what it was for. I did not nor have any intentions of ordering anything for that much. I just do not have that kind of extra money. Any help on getting this credited back to my account would be greatly appreciated. Or information on the route to take. thanks for your time. cdf read full review »

Nutri Blvd Resv 2000
Kathryn Pierro April 3, 2009
I ordered my "free trial" of their Reservatrol product, Resv 2000, on March 4, 2009. According to their advertisements, I had 14 days free trial. I had no idea, without reading their fine print, that after 14 days, I would be automatically entered into their "club" and billed for another shipment of Resv 2000. On March 18--exactly 14 days after I ordered, NOT 14 days after I received the product to begin my trial--my checking account was billed $87.97 for a one month supply. I had taken the product for 3 days and had trouble... read full review »

We'll see!!! I get back to you all in a few days and let you know if they kept their word. I was surprised to receive both an email and a letter from the office of David Hipkind, employed as Head of Business Delivery at sportingindex.com trading as Sporting Index Ltd, which claims to be one of the world's largest online betting companies. My surprise was due to the fact that I am not a gambler and have never placed any kind of bet with this company. The letter demanded $900 from me to be paid within one week, ending unpleasantly enough on Christmas Day. If the money was not received before Christmas David Hipkind threatened to... read full review »
