I ordered a Wow account from these bastards and they never gave me the account info. They're liars and thieves. They just send you an auto reply saying. "just send us a land line phone number so we can authorize this purchase" And you never receive shit from them. Then after a while they'll send you an email saying that they had a problem with the transaction so they're gona give you a coupon for the amount you paid plus a little more to use on there website kinda like store credit. On 3/31 I placed an order for a tent and a sleeping bag, order total; $322.76. Received order confirmation the same day and my credit card was charged on 4/1. I have sent 3 messages but I have not tried the phone number since I only looked for one on the web page but with no luck. Calling the number on the credit card bill seem to not work according to earlier reviews. I 0rdered next day delivery of flowers to a funeral. I placed the order at 8:00 P.M. on April 15th for delivery at 11:00 A.M. on April 16th. I received a phone call at 9:45 from a customer service agent stating that the order could not be completed because they don't open until 8:39 and there was no time to complete the order. I called a local florist when I got off the phone at 10:00and they were able to deliver the flowers by the 11:00 funeral time. I contacted BBB and received a note from them saying that they could not help me. The matter was 'beyond their scope.' I had order 3 products from this company with the owner himself, Michael Tsunis. Less than 18 hrs later I canceled. Michael said 1 products had been in production in China. This company is set up to take in money for software one downloads from their site. Their claims detailing what this software can and will do are patently FALSE. They detail the option of getting a refund if the customer complies with certain UNMENTIONED requirements within 60 days but does NOT detail these requirements.
