I 0rdered next day delivery of flowers to a funeral. I placed the order at 8:00 P.M. on April 15th for delivery at 11:00 A.M. on April 16th. I received a phone call at 9:45 from a customer service agent stating that the order could not be completed because they don't open until 8:39 and there was no time to complete the order. I called a local florist when I got off the phone at 10:00and they were able to deliver the flowers by the 11:00 funeral time. I ordered from a seller on Half.com. After 2 months and repeated emails to seller and ebay, I still had no dvds. I filed a claim and still nothing. I contacted BBB and received a note from them saying that they could not help me. The matter was 'beyond their scope.' I recently bought four remanufactured Lexmark replacement ink cartridges from Impression Inkjet (Ebay Seller: Impressionsales). Impression Inkjet advertises its ink cartridges are 100% guaranteed with a one year warranty. I had order 3 products from this company with the owner himself, Michael Tsunis. Less than 18 hrs later I canceled. Michael said 1 products had been in production in China. This company is set up to take in money for software one downloads from their site. Their claims detailing what this software can and will do are patently FALSE. They detail the option of getting a refund if the customer complies with certain UNMENTIONED requirements within 60 days but does NOT detail these requirements. They told me they would check the recording and get back to me. I told them to do so as I know I never authorized this. I asked for this man's name and he refused to give it to me. That was 8 months ago and now they dont pick up the phone. He made me believe that he was a Christian. I became a member of the WF3D in order to help a charity for the earnings i made as a member. I bought advertising well over 100 dollars. I bought some benefactor tickets to assist others to help out my cause but the WF3D supporters, owners, or whomever they are sent me invalid tickets after they took my 15 dollars from me. I spoke to Dell about my new laptop that was running slow. They informed me that a program they sell will spped it back up. It's called PC Tuneup and it's forsale on the Dell webite. When I went to purchase it, it redirected me to Iolo.com web site to pay for it. So I did. I installed it and then ran it. It took about 2 hours and then it needed to reboot my computer.
