I bought a $40.54 bag from bagbest via ebay and never received it. I had numerous emails with bagbest regarding the bag. Bagbest kept promising me it was coming and they were sorry the order had been delayed and they would send it straight away. They never did send it. I don't believe they were ever going to send it. This company showed up on my bank statements. A couple of times a month I noticed 12.00 amounts subtracted from my bank balance. The company name in the description section of my bank statements showed reservation rewards. I looked up the website on the internet and found it. It is a false site. I was completing an IQ test on Facebook's website and was asked for a phone number in order to receive a PIN - next thing I notice a $14.99 charge on my cell phone bill to Playphone, Inc: Ringers. I didn't accept any service, I didn't sign up or download any ringers.
