I called twice during the 30-day return period and was told both times that someone would return my call within 24 hours. That, of course, never happened, and the return period went by. Somehow company charged $9.99 to my cell phone as a premium messaging service. When I called their number, was unable to access a person to be refunded this money. Again, I contacted U.S. Cellular, and they refunded the charge. Since this is a third party billing, they have no control over it, but they can put a block on it so it doesn't happen again. Do not buy accounts from accountgear.com. They are just going to give you the account for a little while let you gear it up and level it up and then they are going to reacquire it. Paypal will not give your money back in these cases. I know I have already filed a dispute and got rejected. The very same day I order ring tones from another company, which was only in the amount of 7.99 which I was charged. Another company (NET-MUSIC-NOW.COM) charged me 64.00!!! I did not autherize this transaction and am very disturbed by this, as it overdrew my account as well, in the amount of 23.00 for overdraft fee, a total of 87.00!!
