I recently discovered this company has charged my debit card $94.49 for the past 3 mos before i caught it. I never received the cd they promised which was all I wanted and it was free just pay 2.95 for shipping and cancel because agreeing to pay shipping your in a contract so call the phone number to cancel and no one answers...so how can you cancel out of sight out of mind till the bill comes. I never been back to the site other than ordering the cd which never came. They are refusing to refund my money except for the last payment. I too noticed a $9.95 charge on my company credit card statement and knew that it was fraudulent immediately. The transaction date was on a Sunday when our offices are closed, and my card is always locked in my desk drawer. I only use the card when I am sitting at my desk. I immediately googled the company and came across the complaintsboard.com and saw the many postings. I don't understand why a company that is obviously doing this hundreds of times, and probably getting away with it a good percentage of the time, is not out of business by now. I was just checking my account online and noticed two charges in the amounts of $5.00 and $49.57 which are being electronically withdrawn from my checking account. These charges were unfamailar to me so I went and checked with my bank. The bank told me the website taking this money was GMVBill.com. I had my credit card charged for the game. I received the conformation email. I loaded up their download manager and downloaded the manual and begun to download the game. The download manager stopped at 30% and refuses to reconnect. I could not get onto their website (or any under the IGN entertainment umbrella). I'm told by entering your email and zip code you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. This is complete fraud and illegal. The charge comes through as Easy Saver or EMI Encore Marketing.
