I ordered 4 ink cartridges from these guys and had to contact them repeatedly about my order for weeks before I got them. They even notified me that my order had been shipped when it hadn't. This company has bad policy. They give you 10 days to cancel the sample, however it takes 14 days for bulk mail delivery to arrive, so your 10 days is over. Then your auto shipment starts. You have 30 days to return, when I placed my order(it is now changed to 40 days) however the by the time it arrives it beyond the 30 days. The catch is the return is based on the intial sample order, the date being the day you entered your credit card, not the time you recieved the product. I contacted her for help. She told me 1 week results. It's been over a month now, and ever since contacting her, she doesn't answer messages left. She calls saying she is very busy and then asks about the rest of the money to be sent to her, but yet there were never any results. Here recently I applied for an Auto Loan, via the Computer. Next thing I notice on 4/30/09, my bank account had been charged an overdraft fee, . I never signed up for this service and I know there are many others out there who have had the same problem.
