I, like the complaint before mine, have been charged 8.51 for 2 months and these charges are unauthorized by me. I have tried numerous times to contact this company and have received only a dead air response followed by the call being dropped. The number has been disconnected and there is no way for me to contact this company to cancel an "account" that I never authorized to use my credit card. Visa Purchase Fraud Protection
There have been unauthorized charges for the month of Decem-ber and January in the amount of $4.95 each month.
I have not authorized these charges and want them reversed. (-1-800-712-7226)

I purchased the product after seeing the infomercial on TV and unfortunately didn't check for any complaints on line first. This product is awful. The fabric it is made of is so stiff and uncomfortable it is impossible to wear for any length of time. The stitching started to unravel on the first washing. I tried adding fabric softener to make it more comfortable to wear, but that did very little, if any good. My mom wanted to have a special christmas forher grandchildren this year. Two of her grandchildren lost their mom before christmas. We are very big into football, so she ordered a jacket from Nflshop.com. She ordered it Nov 24, 2008 to be here in time for christmas. They told her no later than dec 23.
