Stefan Minkov and Pointandfigure.net are a total scam. I tried their system for a while, followed their market calls, and even spoke to Stephan a couple of times. I explained how important it ws that I have a good system to help me make money trading the futures market, and they offered to help. I lost 95% of my money in October 2008. This has destroyed me financially, and Stefan has stopped returning my calls or my emails. Please avoid this company and this person. He will sometimes go by 'Wolfman' to hide from angry clients. I was looking for inexpensive, designer jeans. I thought I got a great deal when I found Fresh Pair Of Nikes.com but it took almost a month to get the jeans and then they were FAKE!! This company likes to spam users from Craig's list even if the users or company has selected to not be contacted by third party services. This is what is so wrong, they have a policy of terms that they wish to have users abide by but they feel above the others by disregarding these terms themselves when they visit websites. I sent a big bag of jewelery to cash4gold and kept checking with them for 2 weeks until they finally said they received and in 2 days I got a check for .03 cent. When I got a hold of them to return my jewelery they said it had been too long and they already melted it down. I had similar 'if it's too good to be true' feelings and googled the name and address of the company (TD Corporation ...) and it led me straight to this website. I was charged $1.95 by Encore Mktg on my credit card on 11/25/08 -- same day as I made an on-line purchase at Terry's Village. Then I was charged $14.95 by Encore Mktg on the same credit card on 1/2/09. I have no knowledge of any company by the name of Encore Mktg, nor did I make any purchases on those dates in those amounts. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and it was removed.
