Repair Tech is a fake extended warranty company, the employees refude to give their real names or last names, managers are always in meetings and their systems are down, cant locate any repair places, never return calls or emails, leave you on hold for 25 to 45 minutes, then hang up on you. I have been getting a $15.25 charge on my phone bill every month for 6 months for a SURVIVAL KIT-SBO ONLINE. The charge is billed on my AT&T phone bill. The charge is billed through Enhanced Billing Services (EBS). They said we signed up via the internet for "additional health insurance" in July 2007. I went to find free games online, I stumbled upon iwin.com and searched their catalog of free games. I downloaded a game and thanks to AVG (my virus protector), I was alarmed to find that the 'free' trial game I had downloaded also came equipped with a Trojan virus.
