I won't do any more orders here... I've done many, and while they lure you into spending a bit more to get that free shipping, it takes forever for them to ship. Not convenient when you're running low on drugstore items. Then, within hours of placing your order, they make sure that you cannot cancel it because it is "processing". I just found an ad on facebook and because the story sounded quite genuine and I'm very vunerable right now as most people are with the credit crunch I completed the online form and hit the submit botton. Ordered from DigitalCraze on Nov. 2 then called back 20 minutes later to cancel the order. The customer service rep said that is fine and my credit card wouldn't be charged. 4 days later the package shows up at my door and I refuse the package. Purchased a $138.00 tool for a Christmas gift on-line in November. Found out on Christmas the I had bought the wrong tool. I went to a site that told me that for a ONE TIME PRICE OF $2.95 I WOULD RECEIVE a cd that would educate me on how to get a grant from the government.
