I received one of these letters in the mail today from UBI Payment Services. It claims that I have won $5000.00 dollars payable in the form of a check. All that is needed is to sign the release form and mail it back. The problem is that I never entered any such contest and the return address is a P.O. box number: P.O. On 11/25, I signed up online for a $3.88 for a kit to work on the Internet. I never received the kit, but I was billed $75.00 on 12/01.
