I just noticed they were stealing from my PayPal debit card. I purchased an item on ebay from this person, including shipping the total was $15.00. I sent a Paypal instant payment. I never called the number but I will notify the bank (Peoles Bank, Connecticut) that the cashiers check was supposedly from.
