I am being avictim of Fraud by www.fit-fac.com. I have no idea what this business is about but googleing it, I found out that it is related to a free promotion that is offered in the internet to receive a FREE bottle of ACAI diet supplement -only needing to pay the shipping (around $5.00). I don't know where these people got my card inofrmation I have not purchased anything from them. I am sure this a against the law to chard a card and the person knows nothing about. I contact Mr O'Brien about 8 months ago and put a downpayment of $1, 000 for a website. I was told the website would be finished by mid-July '08. Paid $500 a month until I reached $3, 000 in total payment. No site was delivered by July deadline. No delivery on next deadline of August. I was charged 1.95 by a company that advertizes with Oriental Trading Company...Easy Saver. Easy Saver has a history of unauthorized charges scammed from the Oriental Trading Company website. Apparently Oriental Trading Co. knows about this because when you call them to complain they refer you to Easy Saver who insist that you signed up for their "service" and that they will take it off your credit card.
