I checked my bank statement on line and i see that 88.97 has been taken out of my account and I never received any product or e mail saying what this product is. I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter for Xmas on Nov 13, 08. I'm still waiting for the boots to arrive. I checked my credit card statement and I WAS charged for the boots. The web site seems to no longer exist and there is no phone number listed on the info I did save from the web site. I would have been better off paying a little bit extra and ordering from a reputable site. I received a email saying i had won £950, 000 in an online lottery where by they selected my email address at random from a website i had visited recently. I replied to the email saying i had got it and when they wrote back it looked genuine, im ashamed to say that i did reply an give some personal details such as name date of birth and address. i didnt send any bank details or anything like that. On November 22, I ordered the Walter Doll and Peanut Doll for my family's Christmas surprise. Web site showed the items as available and not on back order. To date, I have not received the items or an e-mail advising shipping is delayed. They are nearly impossible to contact. There is no contact information on the store website. I have tried the phone number on my Visa statement and it is a private residence. I have tried two e-mail addresses from other people filing complaints and one was returned as undeliverable.
