They sent me a letter and a check for $4, 589.45. The letter claimed I had won $100.000.oo, and that the check represented the taxes on that money. They further requested that I contact them prior to 12/12/08 in order to claim my prize money. I was sent bogus check and letter stating that I had won $39, 000. Finding out there are similar scams going around. I never called the number but I will notify the bank (Peoles Bank, Connecticut) that the cashiers check was supposedly from. Just like everyone else, I was also scammed. The difference was each month my $89.31 charge was listed under different names. They trial order was under Your VIP Fit, then IP-Colon Smart, next MYEZTRIM and finally under MY VIP FIT. I have now notified my bank and will try to claim the money back as it as the payment has gone through. Do not place orders with cigarettesexpress.com!! I placed an order on October 3, 2008 and have yet to receive the product. They do not answer or return phone calls or respond to emails. As they take only electronic bank checks, I checked and my bank check was processed on October 7th and they have received payment - still no delivery! I purchased the "free-trial" online; I've done this before with other sites and have not had a problem but these people went ahead and charged my debit card for $79.95. There is supposed to be a 14 day free trial but it is 14 days from when these people say it's shipped; not from when you get it. I ordered a pipe and tamper from this company while I was in Iraq. I paid $124 for these products back in August 2008. This included $10 for priority shipping and insurance. It is now December and despite a number of emails and phone calls I have recieved neither pipe nor a refund of my money.
