This is a small amount to grumble about I know, but how they have done things has really ground my gears. I got a 3V card to purchase a game from them and credited the account with £20 to make a £19.99 purchase, ( free postage BTW ). When checking the order status I then found the card had been refused because a £1 test charge had been taken and there were now insufficient funds to cover the purchase. I was contacted by VISA to say that I had joined a dating service at a cost of £36.75 or so when I didn't have my computer at home; it was in the repair shop. So I guess someone has obtained my aol email address and added the subscription service to my initially FREE account... opened just to check on women in my area. Dear Sir, We had ordered an unlocked iphone from this website. They are shipping fake (duplicate iphones) instead of the original iphones that are unlocked. Upon request, they did not proceed with any returns or exchange agreements. I bought a poster on 8/24 on Ebay. Payment was sent for 9.99 via paypal. despite numerous emails back and forth I have not recieved any posters or refunds. The last email stated that the original shipment was damaged and I would now recieve two posters for my "inconvenience". I gave them two more poster catalog numbers and again have yet to recieve anything. The home website makes if very hard to determine where they are located but I believe it is California. I found this website through someone who ordered a magazine and DID receive it. I then placed an order for six magazines subscriptions. All had prices that were too good to be true. I should have known! I ordered in July and was told that I would receive my first issues in 6-8 weeks. I have not received any issue of the six and I cannot get them to reply to my email. I paid through PayPal and my account was debited. They sent me a receipt via email which I sent back to them to reference but still no answer. This is a total scam.
