we never visited this site, and have not downloaded any software from the web. This site keeps coming up, opening new browser or tabs without any action from us. We have changed browsers since we understand that IE has security holes these sites may exploit, and even with firefox, this site keeps coming up every few minutes. We have it blocked, but of course the blocker interrupts us every few minutes because this site keeps trying to come up! Something has went as far as to corrupt all the recovery files on our machine. Took 3 months and a BBB case top get the final piece of the order. Additionally, part of the shipment did not arrive which they blamed me for and the level of service was the bottom of the pile. If you have nothing better to do with your life, then go ahead and waste your time dealing with these guys. It is a great example of what NOT TO DO in customer service. Our company purchased several items from this supplier. Several of the items appear used, though sold as new, and are defective as well. They are missing parts and tamper seals have been broken. Another though suppose to be a car rear view mirror, actually contains no mirror. This unit is illegal in our state for the purpose for which it was sold. When we asked for assistance they refused to send missing parts, or return the item misrepresented. CripsyKicks has the worst customer service I've ever seen!
