And when I called to cancel, I received another bottle a month later for the same charge and got charged by another company, Total Cleanse, a sister company of White Tea for $87.35 for a product I did not receive. I object to the practice of many vendors to charge a customer's credit card at the time of a purchase, even though delivery may be delayed by month or more. I placed an order with BuyItNow.com on 02/17/00 for goods totaling $600. On 03/10/00, I discovered that the order may not be shipped until 03/17/00 and that another 5 to 7 days would be required for shipping. Yet, my credit card was billed for the order on 02/17/00. Transmission needed repaired 3 times, each time I called transparts and either got the run around about that Scott Yaslow was out of town, not in the office or would call me back. The time he did call back he lied and said he would make everything right, he would call my technician, he never did and when they called him he was rude, said we were trying to scam him and take advantage of him, and other times they just plain hung up on us. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM E FLORIST. If already not, one of the biggest internet fraud company out there. Order flowers from E Florist and flowers were never deliver. This company is all over advertising to call a eight hundred number to recieve free info on how to get started on envelope stuffing. they are supposed to give you 4 dollars for every one stuffed. The "info" i got was a letter with payment info on it to send them 35 dollars to receive the start up package. There is no physical address, or phone number on the letter. Only a PO box address.
