I too was scammed back in December 2005. I paid them, not $75.00, but $400 for several vacations. I sent a notice to cancel during the first 30 days but never was returned the money. After calling constantly, I eventually gave up. Someone needs to go down there (if they are there) and punch them in the nose! I was given another option or I could request to have my original order cancelled and refunded. I selected the option to cancel my order and have a refund issued to me. Ordered and recieved 2 kids quads partially assembled. One had no directions to finish putting together. The second had a hole in the gas tank which was only found after a gallon of gas leaked out on my back porch. Customer service was very slow and verbally rude and impatient. The quality of their murals is really low. They honored my return, but it costs $10 to return, they do not refund the original shipping (another $10) and charge a 20% restocking fee (another $10). I purchased downloadable lessons from vguitarlessons.com. We had purchased a lesson from them before and my son loved it. They run a special for $97 so for a birthday present I purchased it. On August 8, 2008 request a free shipment of Acai Berry Supplements for a total shipping and handling at $3.95 for which I was actually billed $4.98. To my surprise, the company accessed my account and charged me an additional $74.59 approximately for an additional supply. A supply I did not order/request and a charge that I did not authorized.
