My daughter ordered several (HANDMADE) cat and dog costumes for gift giving to me and others. She waited several months for the items to arrive. The shipping was outrageous. They never answer your e-mails regarding complaints. They have their site set-up so that complaint e-mails cannot possibly be sent to them. I ordered a product that was supposed to be endorsed by Oprah Winfrey, if in fact she does endorse the product she should check it out. It a scam. The ad said try a sample of Acai Pure, free, only pay shipping and handling on first bottle, but at once there was a charge in the amount of 41.85 appeared on my bank account.
