I suspect this company may be conducting a scam. I check my account frequently. I found charges that were not authorized by me on my account. One for 40 dollars and two other in the amounts of 7.95 and 9.95. One of them was register on Christmas Day! I know for a fact I was no were near a computer that whole day! When we got our phone bill this month it showed a fee of 19.95 for Members Edge Voice Mail Monthly this was never ordered but here it is on the phone bill. My husband called the number for the billing questions and spoke to some rep she asked him some questions and most of them matched age, address, ect. but the mothers maiden name was wrong.
