Booked & paid for Mt Kinabalu climb package for 4 paxs, received email confirmation stating booking confirmed. However, one month later they called & informed that we are not able to climb on the chosen date because it is fully booked. When asked for refund, no respond from them since May 9th. I was suggested to purchase 6 grooming coupons and get 1 free coupon in Jan 2011 which shall valid for 1 year. I was advised to buy basic grooming coupon RM 40 instead of full grooming coupon RM 80 because I can use 2 coupons if my doggy goes for full grooming and 1 coupon if my doggy goes for basic grooming as they wont give back any change. Maybank just confirmed that they have indeed cut off all their South African customers due to security reasons without offering any further explanation. My factory is small, the drive way right in front of the factory front entrance is for customers and patrons to park and also act as a loading and unloading area. It is situated right opposite Unijoint Sdn Bhd which is a huge factory.
