I have my account with HSBC Singapore and am given an ATM card for cash withdrawal. While travelling in India, I visited one of the ATMs of HSBC to withdraw cash. While my request for cash withdrawal was being processed by the ATM, there was total power failure and the ATM stopped working. After spending a lot of money with them in January - money which was deducted from my Paypal account - to this day I neither got a confirmation email, nor did I ever receive my order. Chang Ziang hotel has changed names several time ( Sakura Garden, Princeton ). My Malaysian friends stayed in this hotel once and complained about the noise created during wee hours. The room smelled of damp bed mattress. The hotel lapse security or basic management to control privacy of guests... too many street prostitutes. Purchased new 42" HD Akai TV 7.01.07 with 1 year warranty on parts & labour. TV picture went black on 3.08.08. It has taken the contracted customer service department of Akai over 1 month to determine they have no authorized repair shop in this area that they sold the TV.
