This supplier claimed that they are the Authorised ERGO Baby Carrier in China. After purchsing a Chocolate Baby Carrier from them I sent it to the ERGO Retailer for verification and found out that it is non-authentic. The cargo agency has not delivered a consignment sent vide Invoice 26052 sent by my daughter in last week of Feb from Singapore to Bangalore. No responses to mails, they do not respond to any telephonic calls and they literally are not bothered about the non-delivery. We are utterly dismayed and dont find any way this is to be solved. PCO INVESTMENT INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD ("PCO") advised they could provide a financial instrument to finance a transaction. Significant funds were paid upfront and no instrument was forthcoming despite letters from PCO stating otherwise. No evidence was provided to support their claims that an instrument was raised and they now refuse to refund. I do not live in Singapore so chasing these scammers is difficult. Staff made appointment to install MIO TV cable on 02/04/11 between 11am and 1pm but failed to turn up. Called 8386388 but was told to call 1601. When I call 1601 was told to call 1688 and on and on... It is pushing to one department to another. Why installing a phone line with Mio TV needs 3 different appointments ? In March 2011, I went to Hou Hai, Beijing that is famous for the many bars. And I was cheated. The bill was excessive! There was absolutely no sex just a peck on the cheeks. I just rent a unit of HDB apartment in Cantonment. Before i gave the deposit fees and the agent fees, the agent promise me to change 2 of my rooms bed to single bed before i move in on 15 march 2011 but since i moved in, on 15 he just set the single bed frame without mattress. I would like to warn any expats or Singaporeans who're planning to engage a weekly cleaner. In Singapore, is quite a usual practice to engage a cleaner to clean the house on a weekly basis 4 hrs per session and generally they charge SGD 12 per hour.
