Bought the above mentioned Tough solar watch with a friend from a dealer of G Shock in June 2004. As consumers, we would expect that the words "tough solar" meant that the watch runs on solar rechargeable batteries that should last as long as one keeps it in the light. I would like to complain about the service at the serangoon outlet. I brought a group of friends to that outlet on Valentine’s Day hoping to have a good dinner. However, upon reaching there, we requested a table for 12 and to my disgust, we were told by the waiter that "couples have priority today" and even added that it was impossible. We have been using Merchant Services International (MSI) as a credit card processor for our website. They have taken the funds out of customers credit cards for our orders but are not remitting the funds to us nor are they responding to any communications, either fax or e-mail. This is notice how agoda.com is cheating people, it confirmed my booking for a hotel in Phuket, then reconfirmed it twice, issued me a hotel voucher and charged my credit card for booking and then at the last minute tells me that the hotel has a minimum requirement of 7 nights stay and tries to cancel my bookings. I have sent small fx calculator to India. The item haven't received by addressee nor any update from customer service for my query. I went sing post speed post service before I sent. I ask them how long will it take speed service, they said 1-3 working days, they knew i am sending calculator they written on my invoice. I have booked an international ticket from make my Trip (Delhi to Arizona - Phoenix Booking ID - MMT P814311) for which I never got any confirmation via email. However the amount got debited from my account. After four follow ups and repeated promises of being called back (never kept), I finally was put on hold for 10 minutes and told that the ticket has not been booked. When i bought HP laptop, i was assured to get a free tv tuner card if I give an extra cheque of Rs 500. I had given the cheque and the cheque was cleared subsequently. It has been more than 3 months that my cheque is cleared , but no card has been sent. When i followed the case via phone, i was assured every time that it will come in next 15 days as the product was out of stock. On my last conversation i was told that the product lot is corrupted hence i have to wait for more time. I used this company to host my web site. However when I wanted to cut off the account, despite repeatedly asking them to do so, they have billed my credit card for another years' unwanted service. Have had to cut off my credit card and lodge a complaint with the bank. This seems a really counterproductive way of maintaining a business - the negative publicity from practices like this have got to outweigh the $71 they might be able to scam out of unwary ex-customers. read full review »

Had just walked past the shop and they said with $28 special price will be able to get rid of pores. But after the treatment, the pores remains. They insisted to sign for a special package of $800 for 10 treatments to get rid of the pores. Told them had no money and they reduced to $400 for 5 treatment and collected instalment of $100 before willing to let me go. Shopliao.com I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and also make payment on 19th Jan 2011. Included the shoes and delivery charge almost $90. I sent a lot of mails to shopliao customer service about no goods delivery yet. But just received a message from them written appologize that late delivered and others. After that no more news, also nobody reply my message. Really suspect that is entirely a Bogus site set out to cheat people without any products to begin with.
