I have spoken to a person at customer services to lodge a formal complaint. I bought a R650 000 Q5 and it has gear problems already on 55000km’s!!! My car is standing at Audi Menlyn for more than a week now and is still not working correctly, so I spoke to Technicians today at Audi Menlyn and their response was that they are waiting for technical data from Audi South Africa that is waiting from Audi Germany????? In October 2010 I was requested to supply paintings to Bakos Brothers, Jan Smuts Avenue, Johannesburg I was told thatI would be given a cash cheque if I gave them a good price. I delivered 7 paintings and gave a very good price. There was no one there to give a cheque. It is now, 5months down the line and I still have not been paid, despite the fact that the paintings have been sold. An amount of about R200.00 has been deducted from my airtime which i have not authorised. I have called MTN to advise them of this and all they said is that I'm subscribed to it, now i have noticed that i am not the only one complaining about this and i have sent 3 sms advising this fraud company called NSFW Mob to stop then i get a return sms saying that i am subscribed for R20.00 a day. Its with great dissapointment that i have to now have a formal complaint against vodacom in the sense that they dont care about customer satisfaction. My phone has gone into vodacare gateway 5 times and there is no comunication, not even from the manager to come and pick the phone up and when i go into the store it is lying o9n collections and upon putting it on the phone freezez and a second consultant also experiences this. on sunday 27/02/2011 we visits the Dros @ potchefstroom The aniverary was a bad experience the music so loud that we ask to turn the volume off a bit when we got our food the pork chops was onlyahalf cm thick and over done the mix grill was cold and dry/the chicken we order was still vries inside the manager try too compancade with a replacement but 9 out off 10 where finish with there meal the replace meal was still not ready. my houshold insurance was cancelled by the insurance house and they have not informed me of this. I have revered the matter to Scorpion Legal on the 3rd of January 2011 and up to date they have failed to deliver any service. Why am i paying this company a monthly fee????? their license should be taken away. who will be liable to cover my losses if I have a break-in - Scorpion Legal?????????????? Don't take peoples money and not render a service - this action is called STEALING and as we all know stealing is a criminal offence. We bouhgt a Jacuzzi (Fado) from Amanda at Spatech, on 3 December 2010. Since the beginning the air blower didnt work properly, whenever you switch it on it smells like plastic and then it trips, the wooden cover is coming apart and there are places that is not varnished, there are no sand underneath the jacuzzi there are only wooden sticks, they were suppose to give us everything that was right to set it up. My Gran, a pensioner from JHB, had the misfortune of coming into contact and hiring Silva Autobody cc to service her car. A little 1969 Beetle a car that should not acquire 2 hours plus service - for an oil clean, and a fan belt change. Charging her a “discount pensioner rate” of R356 for service alone. Then replaced her old fan belt with a dud, which broke (more like frayed ‘n rotted) the very next day. Leaving my Gran stranded, but luckily a Sasol was close by to help her out. Very bad experience from: Problems paying the account if you do not wish to use a creditcard or debit orders< you have to pay via payfast and they do not support my bank so i have to buy ukash to pay payfast then pays gridhost. Then theres problems with the ukash vouchers and i then must wait 7 days for new voucher numbers.. i was charged additional accesories which are not on the vehicle and some are standard. when i approach the dealer he does not want to look into this matter and wesbank also does not want to take my complain. wesbank even referred me to the wrong ombudsman to handle this matter. i think they just play this micky and mouse games with in ordewr to give up on this problem. I am a woman and dont know much about machanics but i do know that if you are driving down the road and your car suddenly stops and everything shuts down and you actualy have to get it towed home, that there is a problem and if there is a problem you take it to the dealer but you never expect them to tell you to fetch your car there is nothing wrong with it. We got an upgrade and paid in an extra amount in to get a Nokia 6210 navigator with a 5 mpixel camera. Within 7 days of getting the phone the camera gave problems. We took it back and got a new phone. Within 7 days the phone gave the same problem. We took it back and got another phone. So finally after about 3 months we could eventually use the phone.
