They advertised a Wii remote using a picture of an official remote. I purchased this and after some time (albeit we had bad snow) it arrived, but was an unofficial remote. I complained to them - they were very apologetic and offered me a refund. I sent it back recorded delivery and have never been refunded. I have chased many times to no avail. We recently bought a bed, mattress and wardrobe from Dreams - complete waste of space! The customer service was none existent - rude, arrogant and very unhelpful staff. An absoloute disgrace for a company. Costume took 14 days to arrive after being told it would take 3-5. I missed the costume party and to top it off when it did finally arrive it was broken, a faulty zip that fell out in 3 pieces and holes in the hem line. I was told to return it with a note and would get a refund. That was on the 16th of december and after numerous emails i have been ignored. My experience with the Red School is a negative one. Once it gets the money from aspirant ADIs its initial enthusiasm and commitment is die down. It has partnered Barclays Bank in the UK which indirectly supports the school regardless of customers' satisfaction with Red School. On Aunday 31st January whilst on holiday in Devon I had the missfortune to brake down with a broken exhust. Routes 360 and 362 - timetables changed with no warning. Also timetable incorrect. states 360 goes to Sheppey Hospital when in fact it is 362. Cannot understand why times have been changed, its worked perfectly well for at least 25 years. Has someone in the office got nothing to do. I have always caught 14.45 bus from Sheerness to Leysdown and because there was no warning of this change I had to pay for a taxi to get home last night and have now had to change my working hours. When I complained to them they responded but would not refund, also would need to be returned to china. Boots came without a box.
