They are insisting I pay £650, when I wrote and cancelled. I tried talking to Natalie Marks, their credit controller who was extremely rude, cold and condesending. There were 3 members of staff in this shop, which was way more than enough considering it's on an industrial estate and dead. All 3 were more bothered about making sure they closed on time (even locking the door 10 mins before closing) to even ask if we needed any help, they were rude and not at all interested in doing their job! All 3 of them were huddled around in a group gossiping about a lady in the town we live in, who happened to be someone we knew this made us feel embarrassed so we left. I purchased a Fortec Star satellite receiver in December after the sales pitch claimed that you simply plug in a hard drive via the USB in the front panel and you can pause and record live TV. I couldn't get it to work so contacted the supplier who tried a couple of things with no success. My husband has been trying for months to get a crown for a root canal he received. BCBS of MA keeps denying the claim. They told the dental office that my husband needed to go see a specialist to find out if the crown would last 5 years. THAT'S REDICULOUS! I agreed to a free no obligation trial of smilebrite . To my amazement I found I was regulary being billed for the product from my credit card. I only ever received one sample, then my courier alerted me to the scam when he saw the despatched address. He knew of someone in my village who was also having the problem. If you've had a cavity wall filling done by this company, you might want them to come back and double check they did the work. They did the work just over a year ago, but due to a problem they came back and check with a camera and found that there was very little filling. Have a Beko washing machine WMA5410 for nearly a year brought Feb'09, Motor/Circuit board blew on the 23rd Dec '09. Engineer came out on the 5th Jan '10, parts ordered an engineer arrived on the 23rd Jan ( after the scheduled engineer on the 21st fell ill ). New PCB install, but the new motor was broken. Engineer wait away ordering a new part. Da Dong Restaurant, 39 Smith St, Chinatown, Singapore. We were approached by the manager while passing and we were beckoned to enter. The told me they sell iphones 3GS 32GB for 450$CAN, so I made a little research on the net and they seemed legit. After that, I sent them the money by moneygram(big error), after they received it, they asked for another 200$CAN for the customs. I told them I couldn't afford it, so they told me to pay half of it. I didn't want to pay another amount of money so I asked a refund, they didn't want to. So I paid another 100$ hoping this wasn't a scam. We have had Estimated bills for some time - EDF reckon that the meter has not been read since Apr 2007 - though I know that I have sent through readings via phone - although this is long winded. Sent some items to Nigeria using this company Nigeria's Cargo Force NGF Ltd. The items were not delivered. On call the company, I received insults from the staff, telling me they we deliver it when ever, and that their van was stuck somewhere in Nigeria call Allhausa. There was no apologies, instead I was told to go away and hope my items get delivered. The have not been able to show any proof that the items left United Kingdom. Having had the plumber in the 1st ime to do a 'Gas safety record' 15 months ago the next plember eventually turned up after a several failed appointments only to find the gas flue missing?! I have received terrible customer service from Samsung when trying to get my home cinema system repaired. It took me week to arrange a a repair and then it took 2 weeks for Samsumg to send through packaging and details for the collection. When calling them over them over the two week period i was told every time that the package would come with in the next two working days. I was told murderous versions of what would happen. I'm so sick of hackers on this game. I just played online and a player only to be identified as dan_truman had hacked the server so you couldn't mute him and his headset kept producing the same high pitched head splitting noise. Please help to get people like this thrown off of the network, something has to be done. 'Players' like this should be fined for ruining everyone other players gameplay with this illegal action.
