I too have been badly let down by this company, having moved house after 3 emergency hospital admissions, only to find 3 days later that my sale had fallen through. I took my family to Rome for a weekend break in Oct 2009, and had some horrible experience in Rome. First, we got searched by a person who claimed himself as a policy man (without uniform) when we were having a relaxed walking around the hotel. I have been insuring my vehicle with you for about 3 years. My bank did not pay you for a recent direct debit. This was simply due to the fact that the bank took 5 days to clear cheques which I had lodged into my account.
