I made a purchase through this company's online store. (I live in the USA). The item I purchased was important enough to me that I was willing to pay shipping to the US. The company sent me the wrong size of an item for my horse. When I contacted them, they instructed me to return the item to them for an exchange. When I called up credit card company, they said I cant cancel that but i can dispute it after 3 days. I e-mailed this company and no response. They promise they have tickets to you over the phone - even as close as an hour before the event but don't deliver. On 15 July I paid a £200 deposit online to Nationwide Autodealers, Bristol, prior to delivery of a vehicle for inspection. I took a free trial of Acaiburn products, and supplied my debit card no as payment for postage, unknown to me was small print stating that I was subscribing to a product for a monthly fee, and had to cancel in writing. I was at first able to contact them about this and they assured me that they would pay the £116.91 back into my account within 28 days. After waiting for 2 months this credit did not show up.
